Our cast aluminum dutch oven works as good as any cast iron pre-seasoned dutch oven. While cast iron ones usually have 3.5 mm walls, ours have 4.5 mm Heats faster, more even and it’s 60% lighter than cast iron. It doesn’t rust, Strong cast aluminum alloy

We apply 15 layers of seasoning oils. Cast iron cookware manufacturers only apply 1-3 layers.

Our seasoning is 100% natural, does not contain PFOA, PFOS, nor PFAS such as used on synthetic coatings applied to other aluminum cookware. 

Ah, one more thing: our silicone knob stays cool while you cook with the lid on. You don't need a towel or glove as with most cast iron dutch ovens. Plus, it supports up to 500 F inside your kitchen oven.

Nuestro caldero de aluminio fundido funciona tan bien como cualquier caldero pre-curado de hierro fundido. Mientras que los de hierro fundido suelen tener paredes de 3,5 mm, los nuestros tienen 4,5 mm de espesor. Aplicamos 15 capas de curado. Los fabricantes de calderos de hierro fundido sólo aplican 1-3 capas. 

El recubrimiento del curado es natural, no usamos recubrimientos sintéticos que contienen PFOA, PFOS, ni PFAS. 


Extra fuerte, no se dobla 4,5mm espesor.
Calienta más rápido, más uniforme, 60% más liviano que Hierrro Fundido, y no se oxida. Aleación fuerte de aluminio fundido
Ideal para disfrutar  sabores de nuestra tierra donde quiera que estés: Asado Negro, Carne guisada,, Roast Beef, Arroz, Paella, Tostones, Tequeños, Pollo frito, Pollo sudado, Pescado frito, Chorizos, Sancochos, Hervidos, Salsas y mucho mas en el Caldero tradicional. Ah, una cosa más: nuestro pomo (perilla) de silicón se mantiene fría mientras cocinas con la tapa puesta. No necesita una toalla o un guante como con la mayoría de los calderos de hierro fundido. Además, soporta hasta 500 F dentro de su horno de cocina.
